New renewal notifications schedule for web hosting

As part of our recent admin area update, we're improving our renewal notification process. Previously, notifications were sent in bulk on a monthly basis. Now, reminders will be sent daily at the following intervals:

• 40, 30, 15, and 2 days before service expiration.
• On the expiration date, unpaid services will be suspended.
• 7 days after expiration, a final warning notification will be sent regarding permanent termination.
• 2 days later, unpaid services will be terminated.
