"i renewed for another year for the exceptional support i've received. the only reason for hesitation i felt before i renewed was the email/spam problem that constantly bothered this specific account for a couple of months...but so far so good and no problems yet. hopefully it remains stable for now. would have given perfect stars rating if not for the problems encountered for the past year. but still i RENEWED. i've used/recommended/suggested 2mhost since 1999... that's loyalty!
