I recommend 2Mhost as good quality and good value for a personal web site or even a small business that doesn't need the site for eCommerce. Great job! Best value out there. When paying by credit card be aware that the transactions are off-shore in Hong Hong. Don't be surprised if your card gets denied for security reasons.
